Minutes and Public Comment

Draft minutes of the Council's meetings are posted within 10 working days after the meeting. Within three working days after the Council formally approves the minutes, the draft minutes are replaced with the final approved minutes. If you have any questions regarding minutes from SCHEV meetings, please contact Laura Osberger, by telephone at (804) 387-5191 or by e-mail at LauraOsberger@schev.edu.

A public comment period will be allocated on the meeting agenda (typically at the end of the meeting). To be scheduled, those interested in making public comment should contact Laura Osberger at (804) 387-5191 no later than 5:00 p.m. three (3) business days prior to the meeting date. Public comment will be limited to three minutes per person.
