RICHMOND — The regularly scheduled July 18, 2023, meeting of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) at Central Virginia Community College in Lynchburg has been cancelled due to a lack of quorum.

The next regularly scheduled Council meeting is September 18-19, 2023, at James Madison University in Harrisonburg.
